During recent centuries the problem of faqih’s rule in the absence of PURE IMAM has been focused on among fuqaha, some have viewed for and some other against it. Among the former one important problem may be found; it runs as: are foqaha obligated to prepare the ground to form Islamic government or not? Among those saying that it is the duty of people to prepare necessary conditions for establishing Islamic government by faqih, IMAM has viewed foqaha to be obligated for measuring to prepare conditions and form faqih’s government and invite people to accept it. For him, therefore, preparing the necessary ground for government would be as the grounds for the necessary not for th necessity. In the paper, IMAMs view and its proofs have been studied and explained in a analytico-descriptive method. Finally it has been described that though legality of faqih’s government is divinely prepared, attaining the government by power is not permited and public acceptance is needed.

In this paper, we investigate po-purity using fi nitely presented S-posets, and give some equivalent conditions under which an S-poset is absolutely po-PURE. We also introduce strongly fi nitely presented S-posets to characterize absolutely PURE S-posets. Similar to the acts, every finitely presented cyclic S-posets is isomorphic to a factor S-poset of a pomonoid S by a finitely generated right congruence on S. Finally, the relationships between regular injectivity and absolute po-purity are considered.

Dari Persian flourished in the Samanid period. This trend continued even after the downfall of the Samanid dynasty. In Iran, Turkey, India and Caucasus many scientific books were published in this language. The writings of Ebn-e Sina and Abu Reyhan Biruni in particular, played a great role in the development of the scientific terms in Dari Persian. Tajiki terms were also influenced by these developments. Generally, the development of Tajik may be divided into three periods: The first period started in the late 1910s. In this period, the new social, political, cultural and economic trends caused the need for coining new terms. The second period started early 1930s, and continued until late 1980s. As a result of the misguided policies of the first Committee for Coining Terms (1933), many serious mistakes happened. The third period starts in the late 1980s, covering the period of Glasnost and the independence of Tajikistan Republic. The purpose of this paper is to trace these developments in the national language of Tajikistan Republic.

Let λ be an infinite regular cardinal and A a locally λ-presentable additive category. We show that any λ-PURE morphism (resp. λ-PURE quotient) in A creates a kernel-cokernel pair. This implies that the class of all λ-PURE kernel-cokernel pairs in A forms an exact structure. Additionally, we will describe λ-PURE kernel-cokernel pairs in A and will prove that any λ-directed diagram of objects in A induces a canonical λ-PURE kernel-cokernel pair.

In this paper, production of high grade PURE graphite in Bonab Research Center is reported. Firstly, we will explain the various graphite production process and the results of crystal lattice analysis such as XRD, density and chemical analysis are proposed. The density of manufactured sample is 1.86 g/cm3 which make it suitable for many high sensitive technical applications. This is the highest grade purity that has been achieved in Iran. The process of manufacturing and the structural diagnosis of the prepared graphite are explained.

Doing group and organized work, whether small, medium or large, is important and emphasized by Islam. Therefore, the present article seeks to provide a theoretical and practical model of organization from the perspective of IMAM Khomeini. It seems that the theoretical and practical principles of formation can be deduced from the thought of IMAM Khomeini. For this purpose, in the first part, the article examines the formation, front and flow in both theoretical and practical levels with analytical-inferential method, and in the second part, it discusses the relationship between formation, front and flow. . The theoretical framework governing the article is the model of "pillars of motion". From the joining of several organizations, fronts emerge, and from the joining of several fronts, there is a flow. The spirit that governs the formation and the front is the current, and the current does not lag behind the formation and the front. Formations and fronts are formed based on national, regional and international needs. PURE Muhammadan Islam is the ruling current of IMAM Khomeini's thought, which is opposed to the current of arrogance and American Islam; He considers Iran and all Islamic countries as a great association that should be the leader of the Great Prophet, peace and blessings of God be upon him, and its comprehensive and clear model in organizing, fronting and streamlining.
